The scheme was completed in 2009 and is the continuation of our work with Kitwe Developments Ltd from Oswestry.

The site was purchased by our client with outline planning permission on the edge of a conservation area.

The outline scheme was for the demolition of the existing bungalow and its replacement with three dwellings. However, the detailed proposals by the previous developers had been refused permission. Initial guidance from the planners was to reduce the site to two dwellings, but this would have reduced the sites value considerably.

The traditional designs were developed in line with stakeholders and the preferences of the client as a house builder. We produced individual designs for the three houses working closely with the planners. Each dwelling had their own appearance and character and achieved Planning Approval at the first attempt.

The scheme Bramley Court in Oswestry has received a Highly Commended Award from Oswestry and District Civic Society.

The properties all sold despite a difficult housing market at the time, which we believe is testament to the spacious and well thought out internal layouts of the homes.
