Queens Park House was historically a school which was later converted to a single dwelling. Purchased by our Client for conversion, planning permission was gained for a scheme which consisted of 10 one and two bedroom apartments to the main building. Later extensions to the school were demolished to leave space in the grounds for an additional two townhouses.
