Stephen spent most of this morning and afternoon visiting the current Residential jobs we are administering on site. Currently there are 4 projects throughout Wirral under construction with 4 different local Builders and we usually make weekly site visits to check on progress and quality. It also offers a chance to go through details and discuss the next steps with the contractors to move the project along in the best possible way. Attached are some images taken from 3 off the schemes today of the work in progress.

• There is a large orangery in Caldy which is the final stage in a large refurbishment to the whole property.
• A large two storey extension in Wallasey to create a large open plan kitchen space with a new bedroom and en-suite above.
• A two storey extension to a West Kirby property to add a large open plan kitchen space and as upstairs bedroom. Internal alterations to create two en-suites before moving on to a loft conversion to create a bedroom and bathroom on the upper storey.
