This property had a previous extension when the clients first moved into the property but it did not quite fit the needs of their family.
Bromilow Architects were commissioned to carry out a feasibility study of what may be possible in terms of planning permissions and design to open up the existing kitchen area to create a better bigger living space with more connection between the kitchen and dining space and the rear garden and the creation of an additional garden room
Most of our projects are carried out in 3D using computer software, but this was one of the first projects that we provided in house visualisations to really help the client understand what might be possible and what the space could look and feel like.
