We worked on this site with a previous client that we have done a number of developments with. The site had outline planning permission for 8 small houses and was limited by a water main running through the middle of the site. We developed the masterplan and house types to deliver a site with 9 larger houses to add value to the site for the developer and resubmitted for a fresh planning approval which was granted.
We continued to work with the client through the discharge of various planning conditions and through the technical design stage as the houses weree under construction. The CGI’s were created in house and used to market the properties and as of the middle of 2022 the houses are nearing completion with the majority being sold off plan.
