Bromilow Architects have recently been granted planning permission for the refurbishment of this large house in Caldy, Wirral. Originally constructed in 1938 and with its last major refurbishment in the late 1970’s the house was in need of a major update.

We have worked closely with the clients and the Wirral Conservation Area team to steer the project through the planning process.

Work has already started on the internal alteration to the inside of the existing property. The major part of the scheme to improve and enlarge the existing kitchen area, utility and new cinema room will commence shortly. A new basement wine cellar is also to be constructed. as part of the extension. The new detached garage will also be constructed to free up internal space within the property.
