This initial consultation can be at your property, or via an online meeting platform, whichever suits you best. In this meeting, we can chat through your initial thoughts about your project, your potential budget and what any Planning and Building Regulations requirements may be.

We will also explain how our process works, to get your project up and running from the first light bulb moment, through to turning the key in the lock at the end and everything else in between.

Chatting your project through with you gives us a greater understanding of your family requirements, how our involvement may work and how best we can tailor our services to suit your needs. No two projects are ever the same, we don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Plus, its good to put names to faces!
